The Annual Women of Faith School Supply Drive has begun. Please consider donating school supplies for students for the upcoming school year. Monetary gifts are welcomed too for those not able to go out and shop. We will shop for you. A list of needed items and other information will be available in the narthex. A plastic tote will be available in the narthex to collect your donation. We
will be collecting items until August 27th to be distributed on September 3rd.

 The Women’s Fellowship Ministry will meet on Saturday, July 22nd at 10am in the Parlor. All are invited.

 Mayor Byron Brown & the City of Buffalo’s Division  for Senior Services 7th Annual Senior Citizens Barbeque & Pig Roast will take place on August 9, 2017 at Front Park between 10am and 3:30pm. (Rain or Shine) A $2.00 ticket will be required to receive a meal . This is a first come/first served activity until all tickets are gone. A flyer is posted in the narthex.

 This year we are fortunate to be a part of the United Way’s Day of Caring on Wednesday, August 16, 2017. Volunteers from all over the city will be here beautifying our church. If you are interested in joining us, please see Sis. Karen Braswell

Eva M. Doyle will receive a very special award, the Red Jacket Award from The Buffalo History Museum on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the Buffalo History Museum  This award is named after the renowned Native American Leader and orator, Red Jacket.

The Shiloh Bowling League is looking for bowlers. There will be a meeting for all bowlers on Saturday, August 26th at 7pm and bowling will start on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 7pm at the Airport Bowling Lanes on Genesee St. If you are interested in fun and fellowship, please see Mary Carter, Ella Hollaway, Dennis King, Jerrell Moss or Nikkei Goodwin.

Save the Date - The First Shiloh Cook-Out will take place on Sunday, August 20th at the Cheektowaga Town Park, Lion’s Pavilion off of Harlem Rd. Mark your calendars.

The CD's and DVD's ordered for the Centennial Weekend have arrived. Please stop by the office to pick-up your order or plan to get it Sunday morning. If you have not ordered your CD and/or DVD copies, there are some copies available.

Congratulations to our Food Pantry Ministry for serving nearly 150 families and providing almost 2,500 meals last month.

Pastor’s Wednesday Bible Study and Prayer Meeting begins with Morning Prayer at 10:30am and Bible Study at 11:00am. Evening Prayer starts at 6:30pm and the study begins at 7:00pm. We are studying the Gospel of Matthew.

Mission’s Sunday - Each 5th Sunday we ask every “Shilohian” for $5 for missions. This year we are
supporting 2 missionaries with your gifts. Please remember to give today

Women's Sunday school is "back" starting Feb 5, 2017. Rev. Robinson will be teaching Sunday school and will be looking for all women to attend!!!

American Baptist Women Ministry and the American Baptist Women In Ministry invite you
to our SISTERS ON THE SEA 2017 cruise on the Royal Caribbean “Majesty of the Sea” from September 15th to September 18th, 2017. Come, relax, relate, and renew. Information available in the narthex or see Geri Daniels 816- 5948. First deposit is due by February 14, 2017.

 The women of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church
have invited the women of First Shiloh to attend their Women's Retreat on Saturday, August 23, 2017 from 8:30 to 6:00 pm The cost is $30.00. Please see Yvonne Hargrave if you would like to attend or for more information.
