As part of that Centennial Celebration we will embark on a mission trip to Haiti. God has opened a door for us to partner with Mission of Hope  in sharing our love for Jesus with the people in Haiti. The task ahead of us for the preparation is great. Not only from a spiritual standpoint but also because we will be facing language barriers as well. Our work will involve assisting missionaries, sharing the Gospel, serving in Haitian villages, light construction, medical clinic assistance, serving in a hearing impaired village and helping the Mission of Hope church share the Gospel  with every man, woman and child in Haiti.  Haiti is the poorest country in the world.  It is commonly reported that three-quarters of the population lives on $2 or less per day.

Regardless of your skills or experience, there are ways for you to serve.  The week (September 30, 2015 to October 8, 2015) will include intentional ministry opportunities and evangelism outreach led by local Haitian leadership and Church Advancement projects.
